Causes of stress in life

A person wants to set a co-ordination between the running life and the demands developing from the life and when he fails to do that he feel bored and tired. As if there is no charm or happiness in life is left. The problems related to family, neighbors and working place are not solved on time resulting in more stress. The important reasons for stress are:-

A. Daily Problems:-
1. Family problems.
2. Problems related to health.
3. Problems of time pressure.
4. Internal pressure.
5. Environmental problems.
6. Financial responsibility related problems.
7. Professional problems.
8. Problems related to future.

B. Change in life:- If a sudden change in life comes which is undesirable is also a reason for stress.

C. Pain and suffering:- The physical problems also creates stress in life.

D. Frustration and conflict:- When a person is unable to fulfill his and his family’s requirements he gets frustrated and later on which is converted to stress. Conflict also creates stress in life.

E. Natural and technological:- Natural crisis are also one of the important reasons for stress. Cyclone, flood, explosion and a fell of disease that takes a heavy toll like plague, cholera etc. are example of natural crisis. These things also effect our life and creates stress. People are affected with this and caught with stress.
Technology originated crisis also develops serious stress in our life like Bhopal gas mystery, Bomb explosions which effects people nearby many kilometers.
